Futsalmandu (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a platform for discovering and booking futsal and cricshall grounds in Nepal. By creating an account or booking a slot through Futsalmandu, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of Nepal to create an account. If you’re booking on behalf of a team or group, you’re responsible for their conduct at the venue.
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials and phone number up to date and secure. We use your phone number to verify bookings at checkout. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Futsalmandu uses an advance-payment model: a small amount is paid online to hold your slot, and the remaining amount is paid directly at the venue. The advance reserves the slot against the price shown at the time of booking.
Advance payments generally reserve your booking and are not refundable if you cancel late or don’t show up, except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. Ground availability, pricing, and any venue-specific rules are set by the ground owner, not Futsalmandu.
If you list a venue on Futsalmandu, you’re responsible for the accuracy of your listing — pricing, availability, and venue details — and for honoring bookings made through the platform. We may suspend or remove a listing that receives repeated player complaints or breaches these terms.
Don’t use Futsalmandu to make fraudulent bookings, harass other users or venue staff, or interfere with the platform’s normal operation. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Futsalmandu connects players and venues — we’re not the operator of any ground listed on the platform. We aren’t liable for injuries, disputes, or losses that occur at a venue, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
